Lead Frontend Architect / Developer – HP
- Led the transition of HP’s legacy frontend to Next.js, with Adobe Commerce as the backend, across a massive enterprise-scale codebase.
- Designed and implemented advanced caching strategies using
use cache. Patched Next.js to support bearer tokens without creating unique cache keys. - Built a multi-pod production setup by replacing the default in-memory cache with a custom Redis-backed cache handler, including an in-memory LRU layer for performance.
- Solved distributed caching challenges by ensuring consistency across pods, enabling HP to leverage ISR at scale while maintaining high performance and reliability.
- Drove adoption of the latest Next.js features to modernize HP’s frontend stack and improve scalability.
